Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply based on the timing of your cancellation:
More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus a processing fee of [insert fee, if applicable].
15 to 30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund will be issued.
Tour Changes
If you wish to change your booking (e.g., transfer to a different tour date or participant), please contact us at least 15 days prior to your scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional fees may apply depending on the circumstances.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
